| St Gabriel’s Jubilee Open Day – Saturday 4 June 2-5pm Everyone in our local community is invited to join us as we celebrate Her Majesty the Queen’s Platinum Jubilee by opening our building and grounds for an afternoon of events activities and fun to mark the first every British Monarch to reach 70 years on the throne. This truly is a once in a lifetime event so don’t miss out! We will have performances throughout the afternoon, including from Anson Primary School choir, and the St. Gabriel’s Music Team. This will be interspersed with Televised coverage of the national celebrations on the big screen. We will also be providing a huge range of activities for children and families including our Bouncy Slide and a Toddler play zone. Of course no Great British Celebration would be complete without buckets of tea and home made cakes to keep us going throughout the afternoon and we also offer some unique views from the top of the tower, where we might even be able to spot Buckingham Palace in the distance!
