B & Q site – decision timetabled
The Inspector’s report has been sent to the Secretary of State so, as required by law, the Secretary of State’s announced a timetable for issuing a decision: on or before 4 September 2023. The Secretary of State does have the power to extend timetables, and sometimes does.
