Ashford Place need dinner ladies/gentlemen to volunteer 1 and half hours for one, two, three, four or five days a week. We provide lunch 1 – 2pm for our clients every day and it is a useful time to get to know them, for them to have a break from their problems and a chance for pleasant conversation. Our clients may come to us seeking help for a variety of problems but we also want to give them a chance to be themselves, to relax and to re-connect with people. Your role would be to ensure a relaxing lunch hour by ensuring the dining room is ready, clients are made welcome and tidy up afterwards.
