B&Q Site – public consultation

With Fairview having stepped back from the project, the planning application will now be progressed by KMDC on behalf of the landowner (Urban Cricklewood Developments Limited). They still have outline planning permission and now are starting to present details about building design, landscaping and so forth.

Work may start in late 2026, although the exact dates will be subject to the planning application timescales and the delivery partners for each plot. So B&Q would be able to remain until earlier that year (we don’t know if they’ll choose to stay as long as possible or pick their own date).
