Brent Public Realm contact email update

As part of the process of consolidating council e-mail addresses, the main contact e-mail address given on the recycling and waste website pages is now customer.services@brent.gov.uk. This address is managed in the first instance by the council’s contact centre. Residents and councillors can no longer use the previous e-mail address of environmentandprotection@brent.gov.uk to report any issues relating to the Public Realm.

All other contact details for the Public Realm remain unchanged, including the use of the general e-mail address of recyclemore@brent.gov.uk which is managed directly by Veolia.
