Annual Cricklewood Garden Festival on Cricklewood Green in the town centre on Saturday 23 June 2018.
“Cricklewood Green” is the only green space in Cricklewood Town Centre.
To celebrate the green space being an Asset of Community Value, Cricklewood Town Team have decided to change the format of the Festival this year. So the plan is to celebrate the green with a theme of nature, greenary.
Please see flyers below which show what the Town Team want to do to focus on the green. Alistair Lambert, Cricklewood sculptor and town team member, has drawn up these ideas for walkway arches and to erect sheep as sculptures on the green. The Festival will of course continue to have children’s activities, but no dancing etc and no stage.
The Town Team are looking for sponsorship for several flowering arches and a flock of sheep.
