County Tower Properties has recently contracted to purchase the former Tower Service Station site at 617 Finchley Road from Esso Petroleum Ltd, and we intend to develop it with a well-designed mixed use scheme.
Please find attached for your information our first newsletter to local residents about our proposals. It contains the details of the public exhibition we are holding on Monday 25 and Tuesday 26 April to give people an opportunity to view our development proposals and meet the project team.
We are working with Neubau Architects to create a new high-quality building that preserves the landmark significance associated with the Tower Service Station, as well as creating new homes and a potential for community uses on the site.
We would welcome the opportunity to present our proposals to you at the public exhibition, which is taking place at St Luke’s Church, 12 Kidderpore Avenue, NW3 7SU on Monday 25 April from 4pm to 7pm and on Tuesday 26 April from 5pm to 8pm.
If you have any questions about the proposals or the exhibition, please contact us at Towerstation@fourcommunications.com or on 020 3697 4352.
